Nope there not cut, just over the winter I'm getting together a bunch of new parts for next season, and need sell all the blue stuff on my bike, it's too bad I gotta get rid of them, cuz I haven't even had them that long, and I love the color it's teal. Just like I said, I'm on the look out now for only chrome, black, or white parts.

hey, i saw your bars, there perfect and i love em, just wondering why your selling them, and where you would like to meet if we were to trade, btw my bars are 27" wide and 8" rise.
